Kelsey and Tom’s Mid Century Modern Engagement Photos in Palm Springs

“Don’t be nervous,” Kelsey said to Tom as we began their mid-Century Modern engagement session in Palm Springs. Reaching for his hand, he looked into Kelsey’s eyes and began to laugh. “I’ll try not to look awkward,” Tom replied. It was a warm and sunny day that quickly became full of laughs, kissing, and Tom replying, “This is not as hard as I thought it was going to be”.

Kelsey wanted to capture the vintage essence of Palm Springs, so she wore a beautiful, sparkly vintage dress. “I want us to juxtapose our glam looks with the desert backdrops,” she said. She also wore a second outfit for her Palm Springs engagement photos that she called her “girl boss suit.” I couldn’t agree more. With a matching white suit set, feathers, and vintage sunglasses, I definitely would say she looked like a mid-Century Modern girl. Coachella Valley Classic Cars also provided the stunning classic Thunderbird for the session!
